DescriptionBeing an early childhood educator can be both physically and mentally exhausting.  Add in the COVID-19 pandemic and you're overwhelmed!  You devote a lot of time, energy, and professional responsibilities to many other people, but you may not devote enough time to yourself.  It can be easy for educators to lose hope or burn out or develop compassion fatigue.  This session will help build awareness of compassion fatigue and introduce ideas on resourceful ways to address it.
