Description

There are so many questions when it comes to caring for and educating infants and toddlers.  For instance: We know 80% of the brain is developed by age 3, but what does that really mean?  How do educators and providers foster the kinds of relationships infants and toddlers crave?  Are there strategies to create a high-quality, inviting infant and toddler environment that responds to their developmental needs?  What can you do if you have concerns about developmental delays?

This jam-packed professional learning series will:
Cover factors that influence the development of the brain and the important role educators and providers play in supporting healthy brain growth;
Identify ways to enhance the attachment and attunement infants and toddlers crave;
Discuss creating a safe, playful, and welcoming learning environment that meets the individual needs of infants and toddlers; and
Help educators and providers understand the importance of being familiar with developmental milestones plus when and how to seek support if there are concerns.
