Description | | Self-compassion involves treating yourself the way you would treat a friend who is having a hard time - even if your friend blew it or is feeling inadequate. It is the ability to turn understanding, acceptance, and love inward. Sometimes we make bad decisions but we are still good people. This session will explore the meaning of self-compassion, discuss some of the barriers and provide many ideas for being kind to oneself. |
