How are payments made For workshops?
After you register For a workshop, a payment record form will be sent by email. You will need To print And Return this form With your payment (cash, check, money order Or purchase order payable To ESU #3) to ESU #3 ELC, 6949 S 110th St, LaVista, 68128. Your registration Is Not complete And confirmed until payment Is received.
Can I be billed For a workshop fee Or pay With a credit card?
Individuals cannot be billed For workshops And we are unable To process credit cards.
How will I know If a workshop Is canceled due To weather?
An email will be sent To all registered participants. You can also contact 402-597-4991 For a recorded message.
Can I cancel a registration For a workshop?
• Cancelations will be accepted up until the registration deadline at which time a 100% credit will be available for use toward the registration fees for another ELC-sponsored workshop.
• Cancelation after the registration deadline but at least 48 hours before the workshop requires that you send a substitute Or you will have a 50% credit for use toward the registration fees for another ELC-sponsored workshop.
• Cancelations will Not be accepted within the 48 hours prior to the workshop And registration fees will Not be available for future use. No shows also forfeit registration fees.

| Description | | There are so many
questions when it comes to caring for and educating infants and toddlers.
For instance: We know 80% of the brain is developed by age 3, but what does
that really mean? How do educators and providers foster the kinds of relationships
infants and toddlers crave? Are there strategies to create a
high-quality, inviting infant and toddler environment that responds to their
developmental needs? What can we do if there are concerns about
developmental delays?
This jam-packed
professional learning session will: Cover factors that
influence the development of the brain and the important role educators and
providers play in supporting healthy brain growth; Identify ways to enhance
the attachment and attunement infants and toddlers crave; Discuss creating a safe,
playful, and welcoming learning environment that meets the needs of infants and
toddlers including toys and activities selected primarily for individual
interests and abilities rather than one-size-fits-all group play; and Help educators and
providers understand the importance of being familiar with developmental
milestones plus when and how to seek support if there are concerns. |
