DescriptionIn the world of early childhood education, we spend so much time "doing." Think About It Thursdays gives you the permission to think in a non-judgmental environment focused on continuous improvement. By investing an hour in your professional mindset, you’re not just improving your practice—you’re engaging in meaningful reflection on the "why" behind your work.  

Join us as we pause to engage in meaningful reflection on how we welcome new children and families into our learning environments whether they are just starting the program or transitioning within. Together, we will evaluate practical strategies for building early trust, from preparing warm, child-friendly spaces to honoring each child's individual pace. You'll leave with thoughtful ways to ensure every child and family feels safe, valued, and connected from day one.
