By investing an hour in your professional mindset, you’re not just improving your practice, you’re engaging in meaningful reflection on the "why" behind your work.  

We read to kids every single day - but how often do we pause to evaluate the deeper impact of the titles on our shelves? Join us for an engaging conversation where we dive into what makes children's books truly shine. We’ll discuss what makes a story click with young kids, the importance of choosing books that reflect children’s lives and open their eyes to new worlds, plus practical strategies and fresh ideas for literature that sparks a lifelong love of reading.
