DescriptionThis series of sessions is designed for early childhood educators who are ready to move beyond "having the books on a shelf" and make quality feel easy and intentional with simple, "I-can-do-that-tomorrow" strategies. Together, we will deconstruct the Nebraska Early Learning Guidelines (ELG) document - including uncovering the "Why" and "How" hidden in the often-overlooked front and back sections - and bridge those standards directly with Environment Rating Scale (ERS) requirements.

In each session, we’ll take a guided tour through one of the seven domains to understand the "big picture" goals before diving into specific indicators. You’ll learn how to audit your interest areas to ensure quality is physically represented in your program, and we’ll bring it all to life by sharing high-quality children’s books that align with every domain. Join us for this opportunity to make your daily work more intentional, more streamlined, and a lot more fun!
