| Description | | Coping skills are important all the time but especially right now. How can you promote the social emotional competence of young children and reduce the use of developmentally inappropriate discipline practices? This training will present resources that help young children cope with the challenges that might occur during stressful emergency or disaster situations. These ideas are useful for educators and can be shared with families! We will also discuss strategies for supporting yourself with self-care and stress management.
