Description | | Being mindful about self-care means that you are focused on and committed to being the best version of yourself. For some, this seems selfish and can lead to self-care not being a priority, pushed to the bottom (or off!) of our daily to do list. We all know self-care is essential. During this session, the focus will be on building awareness of self-care needs, creating a self-care plan, and exploring ways to be mindful about self-care practices. |
