This online presentation demonstrates how to use
consistent coaching questions to guide team members to excellence. Search for
what Michael calls “SOSS” -- Since successful leadership requires identifying
specific behaviors that are expected, you’ll learn how to do this like an
expert and then communicate these expectations in positive ways. The session also includes Michael’s “Nine Fine Ones" - specific actions you can use immediately to
motivate and build positive relationships that help team members succeed.
