Description | | Working effectively with others is more difficult than ever. A chronic
state of overload has led to a fractured focus and inability to be fully
present in conversations and collaboration efforts. Add to this the
ever-increasing diversity of thought, background, and experience in the
workplace, and can seem like a miracle that anything gets accomplished. It’s
time to learn a fresh approach to leadership based on how people see the world…
and then respond or react based on those perspectives.
In this insightful and practical training program facilitated by Jones Loflin, participants will
learn to use The Enneagram to discover their approach to leadership, and why it
can seem challenging to work with certain members of their team. Time will also
be spent learning strategies to connect, grow, and manage conflict with those
who have different perspectives than their own. |
