| Description | | What does it mean to be a supervisor? Being a supervisor means overseeing the daily activities of staff and helping guide them through their responsibilities. Supervising and supporting staff members is very different from teaching young children! To be an effective supervisor, you need tools, resources, and understanding of what your role is and is not. This series of sessions will provide insight and exercises to enhance your skills and set you up for success as a supervisor. |
