| Description | | Setting the Foundation for a successful coaching relationship starts with much reflection on what is required in coaching interactions. What does it mean to begin new partnerships with coachees? How will you establish a strong foundation for your ongoing coaching relationship? What tools are important to you as you begin your work together with coachees? How will you create and support an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all educators, children, and families? Coaches will also consider ways to connect and collaborate with other coaches working in various initiatives at the beginning of new coaching partnerships.
