Coaching to Success© is a hands-on, highly interactive training, based on five pillars of coaching: relationship, partnership, curiosity, building capacity, and coaching from the inside out. These pillars encompass adult learning principles, beliefs of effective coaches, a system for essential communication, and a method to approach adults that creates buy-in and commitment. |
